We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to o join our eCommerce Solutions team, support bridging the gap between Sales/Account Managers, and the Product team. This role will ensure a deep understanding of our product landscape, helping to identify gaps between new projects and existing features while allowing product managers to focus on delivering their own products, features effectively.

What you will do:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of all existing and new features, in detail

  • Documenting features comprehensively to serve as a reference across teams

  • Training internal teams, such as Account Managers, Partnership Managers, to enhance product knowledge

  • Collaborating with Partnership Managers and Product Managers to map out gaps between new projects and our existing solutions

  • Accelerating the delivery of new projects by clearly defining customer requirements and identifying gaps versus available features

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in travel industry

  • You bring experience with API products

  • Previous experience in using Postman

  • You are analytical in your core: you can analyze complex business problems and translate them into product teams

  • You are familiar with Agile principles and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes

  • You employ clear and concise comnunication, and are able to communicate in technical and non-technical complexity

  • You are fast-adaptive and resilient to ambiguity: you are driven by impacting processes to support fast and efficient deliver
