We are looking for an Information Security Manager to help our scaling efforts by taking responsibility for establishing the whole security framework in the company and by taking ownership in robust security processes for new and existing partners (Google Maps, Booking.com and others).
What you will do:
Take ownership in boosting Distribusion’s security management and obtain a Cyber Essential Plus certification.
Strengthen our relationship with partners such as Google Maps, Booking.com and others on security topics.
Create robust security audit solutions tailored specifically for the company's needs.
Create a repository of internal policies, keep them updated through an established process and implement a robust knowledge-sharing mechanism.

Job requirements
Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related studies, which is nice to have.
Professional experience in Product or Project Management (Scrum / Kanban) for a team of 5+ engineers
Strong communication competencies with multiple cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience in implementing security architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SABSA, O-ESA, OSA).
Track record of obtaining industry-recognized certifications (Cyber Essential Plus, ISO or alternatives).
Talent to influence without direct authority.
Experienced with Cloud platforms: Google Cloud - a very nice to have.
Basic script programming skills.
Comfortable working with Project management tools like Jira.
You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
