We are looking for a Product Delivery Excellence Manager to join our E-commerce solutions team. The team presents a customizable booking engine seamlessly integrated into our partners’ websites, enabling end-users to search, book and manage their ground transportation tickets without effort.

What you will do:

• Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert for Online Booking Engine, supporting sales with tailored demos, technical insights, and user journey recommendations to close deals.

• Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of Online Booking Engine, ensuring smooth onboarding, alignment with stakeholders, and successful go-live execution.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement SEO strategies, monitor product performance, and optimize conversion rates to maximize impact.

• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine Online Booking Engine, proposing enhancements based on data insights and partner feedback.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and drive product success.

Who you are:

• Experienced in product delivery or related roles, with a track record of successful project management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Detail-oriented and passionate about hands-on monitoring, continuous improvement, and delivering results.

• Proficient in data analysis, skilled at visualizing performance metrics, and leveraging insights to optimize solutions.

• Strong in communication and stakeholder management, capable of working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.

• Knowledgeable about e-commerce, SEO, and performance tracking tools such as Postman, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and HotJar (nice to have).

• Familiar with API integrations and e-commerce solutions, and comfortable navigating technical concepts.

• Driven, ambitious, and eager to take ownership, showing a proactive approach to shaping the future of ground transportation.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.

• You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
