Distribusion is rapidly expanding globally and seeking a Finance Associater / Analyst (all genders) to join our team. As the company grows, so do the responsibilities of the Finance team, making this an exciting time to join us. In this role, you will contribute to team growth and support our daily accounting and payment processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing our processes to enhance efficiency in our daily operations.

What you will do:

• Perform month-over-month (MoM) analysis to maintain high-quality accounting standards

• Handle various requests from internal and external stakeholders

• Provide support for daily accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping using Datev.

• Facilitate seamless communication with external accounting partners, particularly in Vietnam, Mexico, and the UK, to obtain all necessary information for timely monthly closings

Who you are:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or Buchhaltung.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including HGB and IFRS.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Intermediate-level skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems like DATEV, Netsuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of SQL, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Spanish is a very nice to have.
• Previous experience with DATEV.
• Knowledge of Payment Service Providers and payment processing.
• Familiarity with financial controlling processes.
