We are looking for a Talent Sourcer & Experience Coordinator passionate about enabling product-led organisations by finding and engaging top talent for the business. This role will mostly support our Tech and Product teams and report to one of the Lead Talent Partners.

What you will do:

  • Implement sourcing strategies for Engineering and Product teams tailored to job positions.
  • Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline and network of talented technical candidates.
  • Conduct market research and use talent insights and analysis to attract and engage top talent across multiple regions.
  • Craft targeted messages and campaigns to engage with top talent.
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand specific requirements and candidate profiles.
  • You will develop a talent network by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, market insights, and pipeline status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
