Distribusion is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage our most strategic, high-profile API integration projects on the Demand side of our business. This person will be our point of contact with the clients and will work closely with product, technology, operations, partnerships, and the senior leadership of Distribusion.

What you will do:

• Own some of our largest implementation projects of the Demand side of our business.

• Lead, manage and successfully deliver complex software projects in a fast-paced environment.

• You will manage and consult the client to deliver best-in-class integrations.

• In collaboration with Commercial and Product teams, you will scope projects to help turn partner requirements into innovative technical solutions.

• Collaborate across all Product, Technology, Commercial and Operations teams.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

We are looking for this role based in our HQ in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Who you are:

• You have extensive experience in technical roles, product or project management roles, and commercially very technical roles.

• You have worked on projects with a high level of ownership, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Proven track record of shipping innovative software projects from defining the plan to full delivery.

• Technical acumen with experience in API integrations to help translate product features into technical solutions.

• Structured thinking and the ability to distil complex issues into a comprehensive strategy.

• Experienced stakeholder management and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• You are fluent in verbal and written German, which is a big plus.

• You are driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel.
