Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join the Retail Operations team to drive quality improvements and projects of the key partnerships.

What you will do:

• You will focus on issue resolution by providing deep and comprehensive resolutions to technical issues raised by our retail partners and internal stakeholders.

• You will ensure timely and effective solutions aligns with maintaining high satisfaction levels and adheres to set service level agreements.

• You will uphold exceptional communication standards, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all internal and external interactions.

• You will establish and maintain high-quality automated processes that streamline operations and reduce the time spent on routine tasks, allowing the team to focus on more strategic initiatives.

• You will support the team in increasing documentation clarity and transparency.

• You will support the team by reducing error rates, enhancing the operational quality and reliability of our services.

• You will simplify complex technical jargon into clear, actionable tasks for developers

Who you are:

• You have a strong background related to Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

• You have 2+ years of professional experience in a high-performing environment, particularly in a start-up environment

• You are driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel

• You have the ability to communicate business values & goals into system design and requirements

• You have an eye for detail and a structured way of working & communicating

• You have familiarity with SQL and high-level understanding of API systems

• You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
