As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of our products for our customers. You’ll work closely with all our operations teams from onboarding through post-implementation, translating the customer’s requirements into well-configured solutions that align with their business objectives.

You will act as a central coordination point between all internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery. Beyond implementation, you’ll help optimize processes, support long-term success, and continuously improve the customer experience by identifying opportunities for enhancement.

Your Responsibilities

Project Deployment & Implementation

• Assess customer requirements and translate business needs into effective system configurations.
• Manage and support end-to-end implementation activities to ensure smooth and successful rollouts.
• Customize and configure solutions to align with customer workflows and project goals.

Project Coordination & Delivery Maintenance

• Oversee implementation timelines and deliverables, coordinate tasks and deadlines for smooth, timely and successful execution, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.
• Prepare and distribute weekly updates delivery campaigns for customers.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or blockers when needed.
• Stay on top of user access and data protection practices for all our customers.

Post-Implementation & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct regular project status checks between teams and perform thorough data quality checks.
• Stay up to date with product and process developments to continuously improve implementation quality and best practices.

What You Bring

✔ Experience in project implementation, project management, solution delivery, or a similar role.
✔ Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
