What we stand for

Technical project manager

About the role

We are looking for a Partner manager to own the day-to-day execution of our strategic banking partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of partner relationship management, credit operations, and commercial performance. You will be the primary point of contact for our banking partners, while driving operational excellence across the full lifecycle of our embedded lending products.

This is not a pure business development role. It is a hands-on, cross-functional position that requires structured thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

What you will do

Partner relationship management

  • Act as the primary contact for banking partners day-to-day experience (meetings, reporting, escalations)
  • Prepare and lead weekly reviews, including KPI tracking, performance analysis, and action plans
  • Coordinate internal teams (credit, product, engineering, compliance) to deliver on partner commitments
  • Manage contractual obligations, SLA monitoring, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and communicate product/UX frictions observed through the partner channel
  • Partner support and escalation management

  • Serve as the level 2 support interface between the banking partner's operations team and internal teams
  • Diagnose and resolve partner-reported issues end to end: blocked onboardings, counterparty validation delays, payment incidents, etc
  • Investigate individual client cases using internal tools (admin dashboards, databases, monitoring) and coordinate resolution with engineering, credit, and compliance
  • Own the escalation loop: acknowledge, investigate, resolve, and close the loop with the partner within SLA
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes (automation, process change, product improvement) to reduce ticket volume over time
  • Activation and commercial performance

  • Own the partner acquisition funnel: track conversion at every stage (eligibility, onboarding, first transaction, recurring usage)
  • Identify and act on drop-off points through data analysis and process improvements
  • Design and execute operational experiments to improve activation and usage rates
  • Build and maintain automations (alerts, reporting, client outreach) to reduce manual workload
  • Data and reporting

  • Build and maintain partner-facing dashboards and internal reporting
  • Enable the partner team to be autonomous on data access & customer resolution
  • Document operational processes and playbooks
  • Who you are

    Must-have

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting, with significant exposure to the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution with minimal supervision
  • Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem: how banks operate internally, how partnerships are structured
  • Consulting-grade analytical skills: structured problem-solving, ability to frame complex issues clearly, comfort with ambiguity
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Previous experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategy/transformation role within a financial institution is strongly preferred
  • Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with operational tools (CRM, internal admin tools, no-code automation platforms)
  • Experience in short-term financing, factoring, or SME lending
  • Knowledge of French regulatory frameworks (ACPR, banking licensing)
  • Familiarity with embedded finance or B2B fintech distribution models
