As part of the RevOps team, you will play a key role in owning and optimizing processes, tools, and data management to drive scalable growth. You will work across teams to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process & Project Management
CRM & Sales Operations: Own and improve HubSpot (infrastructure for lead management, sales and lead nurturing/ PRM + CRM), ensuring seamless lead management, pipeline tracking, and automation
Workflow Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency across sales, GTM teams, and partnerships (e-mailing flows, sales work flows, …)
Growth Team Enablement: Work closely with Growth, Sales, GTM, product teams to enable scalable growths and make their lives as easy as possible.
2. Tool Management & Automation
Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize HubSpot, SalesRem, Make, Aircall, and other tools
AI & Automation: Identify, test, and integrate AI-driven tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Data Integrity: Ensure clean data management for accurate reporting and decision-making
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
KPI & Dashboard Creation: Develop real-time dashboards & reports to track key business metrics
Sales & Marketing Analytics: Monitor conversion rates, funnel performance, and operational efficiency to drive improvements. Make sure we draw the right conclusions from our sales performance data.
Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine lead generation & sales processes for better conversion and retention. Pitch ideas to improve on performance to the business stakeholders.
Time Allocation (%):
60% Run – Ensure the smooth execution and continuous improvement of existing operations
40% Build – Develop new processes, tools, and automation to support business growth
Collaboration & Scope
You will be a central figure, working closely with:
Growth & GTM TEAMS – Lead management, campaign optimization
Sales – Pipeline efficiency, CRM improvements
Brand & Marketing – Performance tracking, email marketing automation
Product – Data flows & integration for better user experience
Scope: France & Germany
Profil recherché
1+ years experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, or Sales Ops in a fast-growing startup
Expertise in CRM (HubSpot), automation tools (Make, Zapier), and data analytics
Strong problem-solving skills, process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally
Fluent in English (French & German are a plus)
Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable handling complex operations & data-driven decision-making
