• Regularly monitoring portfolios to ensure that they are guideline compliant
• Meticulously efficient and diligent onboarding of business partners
• Relationship management with partner banks and service providers

• Analyse and control the performance of portfolio’s data and monitor underlying cash flows
• Close cooperation with the stakeholder and the finance department is required to ensure a flawless flow of processes and corporate action data to capital market participants

• Implementation of KYC and AML processes for customers, service providers and partners
• Development, creation, introduction and maintenance of process guidelines and documentation
• Research and monitoring of new regulatory changes relating to the business purposes
• Review and approval of cash transfers for liquidation calls, and investments within the scope of the asset management mandate
• Lead and support the annual audit in cooperation with the auditor, corporate servicer and tax advisor

• Master degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Good network within the banking industry
• Be always on top of things. Strong project management skills
• Experience in capital markets with an asset manager, bank or fund
• Experience in banking processes, compliance and structuring / execution of securities transactions
• Comprehensive and coherent understanding of financial reporting and a strong ability to communicate your findings to business partners

• Outstanding communication skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be a plus
