What you might do (depends on you)
- Build product end-to-end — from customer problem to shipped feature
- Prototype workflows with customers and turn them into something repeatable
- Create internal leverage: tools, automations, onboarding flows, distribution systems
- Bring signal back to the product team: what’s breaking, what’s working, what creates ROI
