GTM Engineer — build the bridge between product and revenue
About the role
Construction doesn’t buy “AI”. It buys outcomes: fewer misses, faster decisions, cleaner handovers, less rework. The GTM Engineer role exists to make Brickanta land in the real world — faster — by building the bridge between product capability and customer impact.
You’ll work across sales, partnerships, product, and engineering, shipping tools and workflows that accelerate adoption.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain lightweight tools/scripts that speed up GTM: onboarding, demos, deployments, customer-specific setups
- Translate customer needs into rapid prototypes — and turn “one-off” wins into repeatable systems
- Support sales/BD with technical depth (integrations, proof-of-value setups, data connections)
- Capture product signal from the field and turn it into actionable insights for engineering
- Improve operational quality: make it easier to show value early (and measure it)
You might be a fit if
- You’re a technical generalist who loves practical problems
- You can talk to customers like a human and still think like an engineer
- You enjoy revenue-adjacent work, but you want to build — not just pitch
- You like turning chaos into clean systems
What success looks like
- We move faster because your tooling creates leverage
- Onboarding becomes smoother and repeatable
- Customers reach value earlier — and we can prove it
- Product priorities get sharper because you bring back real signal
