Breakroom is at an exciting stage of growth. We are looking for 2 Account Executives to join our expanding UK team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the adoption of the Breakroom platform within the mid-market and enterprise recruitment sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to bring a new product to market and have a significant impact on our success.

Key Focuses

Pipeline Generation: Proactively generate 20+ qualified meetings per month through a combination of strategic email outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.

Sales Process Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle efficiently and effectively.

Deal Closure: Close deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.

Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Breakroom's value proposition.

Minimum Requirements

Sales Acumen: Consultative selling skills with a proven ability to uncover customer pain points, articulate value propositions, and align solutions with client needs.

Sales Methodology: Proficiency in a structured sales framework (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) and an ability to adapt your sales training to new environments

Target Customer Experience: Demonstrated success selling into mid-market and enterprise clients (750+ employees) with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Software/Subscription Sales: Experience selling software solutions, services, or subscription-based products, preferably in the SaaS space.

Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting


Industry Interest: Whilst experience selling to recruitment or HR teams is not necessary, you do need genuine interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to help recruitment teams improve their processes and outcomes.

Location: Ability to work from our Shoreditch office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • base: £51,000 OTE: £85,000
