About the Role
At Berry Street, we believe building trust in healthcare starts with designing thoughtful, effective systems, and product is central to that mission. As Lead Product Manager for our provider (dietitian) experience, you’ll own the strategy and roadmap that ensures dietitians have the context, insights, and tools they need to keep patients engaged and drive meaningful health outcomes. You’ll set the vision for how AI and behavioral insights enhance the provider experience, making it easier for dietitians to focus on what matters most: helping patients succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the provider strategy & roadmap: Define the long-term vision for how dietitians use Berry Street, with a focus on AI-powered features that surface context, reduce friction, and strengthen provider-patient trust.
- Define success metrics that matter: Translate company goals into clear measures of adoption, engagement, and patient outcomes that guide decision-making.
- Align cross-functional partners: Work closely with clinical operations, customer experience, and commercial teams to ensure the provider strategy addresses both clinical needs and business goals.
- Deliver high-impact product releases: Prioritize and launch features that streamline provider workflows, surface the right context at the right time, and strengthen patient engagement.
- Use research and data to set direction: Combine provider feedback, usage analytics, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities, shape priorities, and validate design decisions.
- Champion patient-centered impact: Keep patient health outcomes at the core of provider-facing product decisions, ensuring tools empower dietitians to deliver care that makes a measurable difference.
- Inspire and communicate vision: Share a clear roadmap and narrative that builds alignment, excitement, and accountability across the company.
