About the team:
We’re looking for a confident, strategic Account Manager to join our Insurance team. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key Broker and MGA partners, nurturing long‑term relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring LNRS solutions deliver real value.
About the Role:
You’ll manage and grow a defined portfolio of Brokers and Managing General Agents (MGAs), acting as a trusted partner and understanding their business models, distribution strategies, and growth priorities. This role blends senior relationship management, commercial acumen, and strategic account planning. You’ll work closely with underwriting, product, and pricing teams to support sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage senior‑level relationships with Brokers and MGAs.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent service and proactive engagement.
Deliver revenue and portfolio growth targets across your territory.
Identify and close new opportunities; increase product penetration.
Develop and execute strategic account plans.
Stay informed on market trends and LNRS product offerings.
Lead pricing and commercial discussions within agreed authority.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver joined‑up solutions.
Requirements:
Experience in account management, relationship management, or business development within insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of Broker and/or MGA distribution models.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage a territory and prioritise multiple accounts.
Experience with strategic or high‑value Broker/MGA relationships and product or technical knowledge within relevant insurance lines is a plus.
