About the Role
The Sr Associate Product Manager will work closely with various groups to translate customer needs into product requirements. He/she will also help implementation via collaboration with the development team.
This role will require a hybrid candidate in Alpharetta, GA - 3x per week in office.
Responsibilities
Customer Focus – develops awareness of customer needs, supports discovery activities, helps meet commitments, and stays informed on competitors.
Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis – seeks and reviews data with others, understands dashboards, and tracks key metrics for the feature area.
Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle – participates in GTM plans and events, learns how products are marketed, and shares product info with sales/marketing.
Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle – understands customer experience, writes clear requirements, and recommends feature functionality.
Strategy & Commercial Acumen – learns and executes defined product strategy and asks clarifying questions about goals.
Technical Skills – learns the tech stack, writes technical user stories for stakeholders, and explores technologies that support daily tasks.
Practices Self‑Development – actively seeks learning opportunities, applies feedback, and invests in growing skills and knowledge.
Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues – resolves core issues in own role and collaborates with others on complex problems.

Requirements
Suggested minimum years of P&C Insurance product management experience: 0-2 years (highly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
