📍 Location: London/Leeds/Cardiff (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. You’ll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of clients across Insurance, Investments and Pension Sectors, helping them unlock the full value of our data-driven solutions. This is a high-impact role where your ability to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive growth will directly shape our clients’ success—and ours.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, becoming their trusted advisor.
Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
Understand client goals and align our solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and strategy teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Deliver insights and forecasts through regular reporting and performance reviews.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitive movements.
Requirements:
Proven success in account management or client success roles within SaaS, data services, or tech.
A natural relationship builder with a hunter mindset—you spot opportunities and act fast.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
Insight-led and consultative in your approach, with a passion for solving real-world problems.
Skilled in CRM usage and client engagement across multiple channels.
Willing to travel to key clients and represent LexisNexis Risk with professionalism and impact.
Experience in Insurance, Pensions or Investments Sectors is a strong advantage.
