About Our Team
Our squads are collaborative groups made up of a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Developers, and Testers. About the Role
As a Software Engineering Lead, you will guide and support a team of Software Engineers, contributing to both technical development and project leadership. This role combines hands-on coding with mentoring, planning, and strategic decision-making. You will help shape the direction of projects, encourage best practices, and foster an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain software solutions in collaboration with your team.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a supportive manner.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities with colleagues across the organization.
- Assist with project planning, including analysis and estimation of new product features.
- Provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in our products, processes, and team culture.
Requirement
- Professional experience developing with C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, and data frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Experience working with Angular (version 14 or higher preferred).
- Familiarity with tools like Maven, Git, and NUnit, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of messaging architectures and SQL queries.
- Solid knowledge of API and microservices development.
- We welcome candidates with equivalent or transferable experience, including those from non-traditional or varied educational backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation for web performance or API load testing.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker for deployment.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Kafka Connect, or Kafka Streams.
- Experience with MongoDB and writing database queries.
