About the Role
This role focuses on generating demand, creating sales-ready leads, and enabling effective customer conversations. The Senior Marketing Manager will deliver integrated and automated campaigns that generate demand across multiple channels—including digital. This includes onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and renewal initiatives.
You will drive and execute marketing strategies that blend project management, creativity, analytical thinking, and stakeholder coordination. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Americas, this role plays a key part in communicating Cirium’s story and contributing directly to business growth.
About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative marketing team that partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and Digital Marketing. Together, the team drives Cirium’s go-to-market strategy through cross-functional campaigns and data-driven initiatives designed to attract, engage, and retain customers across the Americas region.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Developing and executing campaign strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and branding goals.
Collaborating across functions to generate high-quality leads and manage marketing tactics end-to-end.
Working with Product Marketing to refine key messages and determine optimal delivery tactics.
Managing project plans, including timelines, schedules, budgets, and asset tracking.
Ensuring the sales organization has the right collateral and assets for customer interactions.
Supporting annual anchor programs alongside the Marketing Director.
Communicating project status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Managing advertising campaign schedules.
Planning, executing, and tracking email, event, social media, and content marketing programs.
Coordinating email marketing campaigns—copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
Creating, proofreading, and editing copy across marketing channels to maintain a consistent voice.
Qualifications
Proven track record in demand generation, campaign creation, and management.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing projects and stakeholders across multiple teams.
Good knowledge of marketing AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, Synthesia) and AI prompt generation.
Understanding of B2B marketing techniques, technologies, and channels (inbound and outbound).
Goal-oriented with demonstrated impact.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing goals.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to achieve results with limited resources.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and office automation tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce.
Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
3–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the travel, airline, or aerospace sector.
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
Solid understanding of digital, social, and email marketing channels and best practices.
Self-starter who can independently move projects forward, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
High level of creativity.
Spanish language skills would be a distinct advantage.
