We are part of the Enterprise Content and Operations (ECO) team, focused on creating high-value content and unique data assets that support our organization’s core products. Our team collaborates across business areas to align strategy, technology, and data initiatives. We use AI and advanced technologies to enhance operations, automate data pipelines, and drive innovation at scale.
Our AI Engineering team leads the shift toward an AI-first engineering culture, embedding intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and generative capabilities throughout our products and operations. We build scalable AI systems and frameworks that transform how content, data, and analytics are created and delivered. Recently, we launched AI-powered tools that automate complex data pipelines, accelerate content intelligence, and improve productivity across multiple business units, helping the enterprise operate with greater speed, precision, and impact.
About the Role:
As an intern on our AI Engineering team, you will contribute to building our Agentic AI framework and tooling, a core platform that enables autonomous agents to automate repetitive and complex business processes. You’ll collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design, test, and refine intelligent tools that streamline operations and support informed decision-making across the organization.
This internship offers hands-on experience in developing AI-driven automation, working with real-world data, and enhancing enterprise workflows. Your contributions will help shape the next generation of AI agents that support human productivity and accelerate our transformation toward an AI-first future.
Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Program Dates: May 18 – July 24, 2026
Eligibility: Undergraduate students expected to graduate by December 2026
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and apply statistical techniques to improve automation and generate insights.
Use Python and open-source frameworks to build and refine code modules.
Collaborate with team members to design, test, and integrate intelligent tools.
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure reliability and scalability.
Participate in team discussions, sharing ideas to enhance automation and data quality.
Requirements:
Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, software engineering, or a related field of study with a graduation date of December 2026.
Demonstrate proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
Possess exposure to machine learning concepts, data analytics, and large language models.
Hands-on experience with AI Agents and emerging agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
Display understanding of software development practices such as version control (Git) and unit testing.
Exhibit solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Be able to collaborate effectively in a team of engineers and analysts.
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to document findings and share ideas clearly.
