About the Team

The Identity Product Management team is responsible for delivering the ID Compass suite of fraud and identity solutions to the US insurance market. Our solutions provide identity verification, risk assessment, multi-factor and knowledge-based authentication, device and email intelligence, digital identity intelligence, behavioral biometric, and document authentication/biometric verification functionality to help insurers mitigate fraud risk and enable Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The Identity Product Management team drives cross-functional collaboration between the technical and business functions of the organization, and works with Technology, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and others to bring our solutions to market.

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager I will own a product in the ID Compass suite of fraud and identity solutions. He/she will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. He/she will develop strong technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and serve as a thought leader for our products in the Insurance market. He/she will informally coach more junior PMs and be a resource for knowledge of our solutions. He/she will work directly with the Client Engagement team to educate the market on his/her product, assist with product sales opportunities, and be a product subject matter expert for our customers.

This position will be hybrid from Alpharetta, GA and will need to be available for onsite interviewing.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Understands customer use cases and market direction, aligning team and processes to meet segmented customer needs while considering competitors and regulations.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Uses key metrics, data sources, and hypothesis-driven strategies to guide product decisions, even in ambiguous or low-data environments.

  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Independently drives go-to-market plans, pricing, and collateral, while supporting strategic planning and managing product sunsets.

  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads end-to-end product development using agile SDLC, writing clear requirements and managing complex design challenges independently.

  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Aligns product vision and roadmap with business strategy, leveraging competitor insights and ROI analysis to support investment decisions.

  • Technical Skills: Applies high-level understanding of tech stack and data tools to collaborate with technical teams and support new product development.

  • Personal Capability: Owns career development through proactive learning, feedback, and aligning growth with business needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Preferred experience in digital identity verification and authentication solutions
  • Domain experience in Insurance preferred
  • Experience with product strategy and/or product marketing preferred
  • Recognized as full owner of a product or sizable feature of a complex product.
  • Frequent product customer engagements that lead to positive commercial outcomes.
  • Education to Qualify: Bachelors is preferred, but not essential.


U.S. National Base Pay Range: $102,800 - $171,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

 


 



This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
