This Team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.

We’re looking for a backend engineer who enjoys solving problems, building scalable systems, and collaborating across teams. You’ll work on a variety of projects—from implementing new features to improving infrastructure and reducing technical debt. Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and upgrade environments for new and existing clients.

• Identify and help prioritize areas of technical debt and improvement.

• Build and maintain product features for both internal teams and external users.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Frontend Engineers, QA, Architects, and other developers to deliver thoughtful and usable solutions.

• Document changes, processes, and decisions to support team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Around 3 years of experience in backend development using PHP.

• Experience working with Composer, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with building and maintaining complex web applications.

• Comfortable writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.

• Understanding of PHP, Laravel, PSR-4 standards, and related concepts.

• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and dependency injection.
