Our F&I solutions help our clients in the fight against online fraud and cybercrime, and you will be promoting solutions with a mandate that truly matters.

This role will have the opportunity to work with incredible teams from across the company, navigating a multinational, matrixed environment while collaborating closely with stakeholders across functional areas to achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned solutions.

About the role: The Portfolio Marketing Manager – Fraud & Identity is responsible for implementing of the roadmap of activities for our Fraud & Identity (F&I) solutions globally. The person in this role will be the F&I evangelist and play an integral role in helping to drive revenue, awareness and education of key stakeholders internally and externally.

The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for F&I Portfolio.

This role will provide marketing support on the entire lifecycle of new and existing products and services. We are seeking a dedicated professional to:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the marketing strategy of the assigned products to promote the vision of the product, ensuring consistency and on-brand execution.

  • Work with relevant stakeholders to help strengthen our product positioning and develop client and industry-specific messaging to differentiate our products in the market.

  • Manage GTM of new F&I products and solutions, launching products internationally working alongside internal stakeholders

  • Craft compelling stories, copy, and images for launch materials, website, and ongoing marketing campaigns.

  • Support our regional Marketing teams (APAC, EMEA & LATAM and NAM) with strategic insight and tactical campaign materials to drive regional brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Produce best-in-class Sales enablement materials from persona/ buyer methodology to customer segmentation.

  • Ensure strong feedback loops to analysis and optimise client engagement materials and create great customer experience via messaging and solution positioning.

  • Analyse user feedback and operational data and integrate key insights back to market planning/ product/ sales and marketing teams.

  • Create vertical specific sales and marketing content to go after new business in key growth markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a product Marketing role, ideally within B2B/SaaS space

  • Successful track record of working closely with sales and product teams during the full product lifecycle, including research, planning, implementation, and launch

  • Comfortable with ‘bringing products to life’ in the fast-moving fraud/cybersecurity market

  • Track record of campaign management and of delivering insightful though-leadership content

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to dig in and go the extra mile to deliver world-class product experiences and marketing materials

  • Exceptional organizational and project management acumen with strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in Fraud & Identity sector preferred
