About the Role
As a Senior Operational Process Analyst, you will use advanced problem-solving skills and multiple operating environments to support research design and assignments within change or configuration management processes. You will be responsible for creating, distributing, generating, and maintaining analysis reports that assist with continual service improvement and coordinating adherence to global change and configuration policy.

- Prior batch operations and automation experience
Key Responsibility :
• Lead all technical projects.
• Serve as first point of escalation and subject matter expert on operational process matters; escalate to management as required.
• Assist with management of group and contractor.
• Drive adherence to the management of the global change and configuration management process.
• Drive process improvement activities.
• Responsible for testing of service management tool and write all process use cases.
• Review all production changes for compliance to the global change and configuration policies.
• Help develop modification and enhancements to the global change and configuration policies.
• Provide training on change management and tool utilization.
• Help manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Identify tool improvements for streamlining processes.
Requirements
• Solid team leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of batch processing.
• Excellent written communications skills.
• Strong change management skills.
• Understanding of change request processes.
• Knowledge of analytical support for system interfaces.
• Ability to escalate issues to senior management using good judgment.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience
• CFC certification preferred
