Anyfin is looking for a Finnish-speaking Operations Agent in Stockholm

10–15 hours/week | Office-based in central Stockholm | Perfect alongside studies

We’re hiring Operations Agents (part-time) to help us deliver an amazing customer experience and make smart credit decisions all while building Anyfin’s mission: helping people improve their financial lives.

What you’ll do (for real)

You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations and work across two main areas:

1) Credit & application analysis

• Review and evaluate customer applications

• Make decisions in line with our credit policies

• Spot patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities

2) Customer communication (Finnish + English)

• Help customers via email, phone, chat, and social media

• Provide clear, friendly and efficient support

• Be part of making Anyfin one of the best customer experiences in fintech

Who you are

We think you’ll thrive here if you:

• Speak fluent Finnish and have strong English skills

• Like solving problems and taking responsibility

• Are friendly, sharp, and learn fast

• Want a stable part-time role long-term

• Can work 10–15 hours/week (weekdays + some weekends)

Bonus: Swedish and/or German
