To achieve this, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team.

What You Will Be Doing
Let's cut to the chase: Legal & Compliance are the keystones of our operations at Anyfin. We don't just show up at the eleventh hour for review; we're deeply embedded in the value creation process from start to finish. Trying to navigate the regulatory landscape of a multinational fintech enterprise without this approach? Trust us, it's a recipe for disaster.

In this role, reporting directly to our General Counsel, you'll lead our legal initiatives, ensuring our activities align with legal and regulatory standards while facilitating business growth. From guiding product launches to negotiating contracts, you'll collaborate across departments, providing strategic legal advice that fuels our expansion.

Every day will present new challenges, but your core responsibilities will include crafting and executing our legal strategy, providing actionable advice to senior stakeholders, and guiding new initiatives with a pragmatic, risk-aware mindset. Who You Are
To thrive in this role, we're seeking candidates who embody the following:

• A Swedish law degree

• Between five and ten years of experience in high-paced industries like tech, fintech, or e-commerce

• Exceptional English communication skills

• Demonstrable strategic thinking paired with a pragmatic approach

• Previous experience in law firms or roles encompassing complex responsibilities

• A passion for solving legal problems and collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals
