Who We Are
So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Norwegians, and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher; new customers and new collaborations with influencers and other partners who can help us reach our target audience. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for our next colleague to join us as an Influencer Marketing Specialist in Finland. That is where you come in!

What you will be doing
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist you will be part of a multidisciplinary Marketing team that drives Anyfin's growth across all markets. Your main tasks will be identifying influencers and ambassadors that align with our brand values in the Finnish market and create collaborations from scratch.

Let us tell you more what this means. First there is the identification phase, which will require a good understanding of social media trends in the Finnish market, then there is the approach (which might not be as straightforward as a DM), followed by negotiation (which is basically sales) and finally running the collaboration to completion and following up on key metrics to see what impact it had on our targets (so project management and analytics).

As if the contact with influencers weren’t enough you will also be speaking to talent agents, podcasts, agencies and many others while ensuring compliance with legal standards. This is one of those rare roles where you will see the impact of your work in the first week after joining and as you continue to grow with us, so will the impact of your work.

Who you are
Success in this role boils down to one word: Mentality. You need a hustler mentality, see, it's all about getting impactful collabs through the door which will require you to take on the role of researcher, salesperson and project manager on a daily basis. This means that you need to be the kind of person who doesn't give up at the first sign of trouble but pushes through all the way to the end and love to get s**t done.

In order to be successful and impactful in this role we believe that we will find the following in your profile:

• Work experience in the influencer marketing landscape in Finland.
• A very good understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Negotiation experience.
• Fluency in both Finnish and English with a proven track record of getting things done.
